Information to foreign applicants for Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence:

The Norwegian CAA policy is to issue Part-66 licences only to personnel with Norwegian citizenship working in a Norwegian-approved organisation or by other means that can prove any relevance to the issuance of a Norwegian Part 66 licence.
